The U.S.A. has two Presidents - one elected by people (of U.S.A., of course!), the other one elected by MR. DOLLAR.

Both use caps (apparently) different.

(Question: who granted him the power to negotiate on behalf of Ukraine? God? Yahveh? Allah?)
